12-Week Transformation

The 12-Week Transformation Program is our staple program for those who are seriously committed to reaching their goals quickly. It incorporates the very best of what District H has to offer including personal training, group classes, high accountability nutrition, stress management coaching, and weekly check-ins to ensure you get the best results in the shortest amount of time. All 12-Week Transformations are customized to your goals and can be modified throughout the duration based on the weekly feedback loop process we implement. If you are serious about wanting to meet your fitness goals, this program is well worth the investment.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your transformation begins with a Free Consultation to talk about goals and building your 12-Week road map. After building your overall 12-week game plan, you will then meet with a coach for a nutrition consultation where we discuss your lifestyle, eating habits, and take our first InBody Composition test. Based on your results, we will build a custom nutrition and meal plan. All participants will begin their fitness sessions with 4 1-on-1 personal training sessions, then ongoing group classes and personal training depending on goals and preferences. Each week, you will check-in with your coach to make modifications to your nutrition and training schedule to ensure you are getting the best results.
