You'll be participating in group classes utilizing methodologies outlined below. Diet: lays the molecular foundations for fitness and health. Metabolic Conditioning: builds capacity in each of three metabolic pathways, beginning with aerobic, then lactic acid, and then phosphocreatine pathways. Gymnastics: establishes functional capacity for body control and range of motion. Weightlifting and Throwing: develop ability to control external objects and produce power. Sport: applies fitness in competitive atmosphere with more randomized movements and skill mastery.


Our On-Ramp program is a one-on-one informational and instructional program designed for new athletes. We slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements and core stability exercises, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique, and get your body primed to join our group classes. District H On-Ramp is designed to ensure your success; we cover everything from our programming philosophy, proper exercise modifications and scaling and regulating individual intensity. It's a great way to start your fitness journey and to get ramped up for our regular group classes. Because District H On-Ramp is private, the coaches have plenty of opportunity to help you work on technique and get to know your unique goals and needs.

Barbell Class

Our barbell class emphasizes proper technique in the olympic lifts. Led by owner, Head Weighting Coach, and National Weightlifting Champion, Dustin Ma, learn how to move a barbell properly and build your confidence in movement patterns that will make you stronger, faster, and more durable.
