What we look for

Strong coaching fundamentals, a track record of keeping clients consistent and progressing, and the kind of professionalism that makes members feel taken care of. A recognized strength and conditioning certification is the baseline, with advanced credentials a plus, but character and coachability matter more. We can develop skills; we cannot develop the drive to care.

Who this isn't for

We'd rather be clear now than waste anyone's time. This probably isn't the place for you if coaching is mostly a way to stay near your own training, if the real goal is building an online following, or if one methodology is your identity and everything gets bent to fit it. These are full-time careers with salary and benefits attached, and they are built for people who want the members to belong to the house, who will cover a teammate's shift without being asked, and who get their satisfaction from someone else's win.

What we offer

If the idea of filming yourself, chasing an algorithm, and marketing your way to a full book makes your stomach drop, you're not alone and you're not lazy. Some coaches love that work and are great at it. If you're not one of them, this is a place where the clients come to you and the job is the coaching. You get to put that energy into the person in front of you instead.
