Prenatal and postpartum fitness FAQ

Can I train while I'm pregnant?

Follow your healthcare provider's exercise guidance and get medical clearance before joining. Tell the program coach about that guidance so you can discuss whether this strength program is a fit for you.

How soon after giving birth can I start?

There is no single start date that fits everyone. Ask your healthcare provider for medical clearance and follow their exercise guidance after birth. This is fitness training, not postpartum rehabilitation.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes, kids are welcome. Ask the team about the session setup when you register your interest.

Which format is right for me?

Semi-private training has one coach for up to five people and costs $499 for six weeks. It offers personalized training and more coach attention if you are new to lifting or returning after a break.
