I am 25 years old. I am an amateur in everything but my hobbies include jiu jitsu, weightlifting, and napping (pro). I’m a proud mama of three dogs Luna, Arya, and Penelope.
When did you start doing CrossFit?
I started CrossFit about a year ago
What made you decide to start CrossFit?
I absolutely hate running so I needed someone to force me.
How has CrossFit made an impact on your life outside of the gym?
CrossFit has introduced to me a wonderful community and I’ve made lifelong friends!
What is your favorite & least favorite WOD or movement?
Favorite movement: wall walks
Least favorite: thrusters
What is your favorite & least favorite lift?
Fav lift: snatch
Least fav: deadlift
What are your CrossFit goals?
I want to get really good at weightlifting and to be able to RX all of the workouts one day
What is your proudest CrossFit moment/achievement?
I’ve hit many PRs this past year of District H that I’m very proud of!
What is your favorite quote or words to live by?
Be kind to everybody. And if you can’t be kind, be silent.

I’m actually a huge introvert!
What advice would you give to newbies?
CrossFit is more mental than you think! Just keep pushing yourself and your efforts will pay off!
